1. About SiteFino
SiteFino is an AI website builder that generates and hosts websites for small businesses. By creating an account and using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SiteFino.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Each account is for one business website. Contact us if you need to manage multiple sites.
3. Billing and payment
- SiteFino offers monthly and annual plans (for example, £19/month or £137/year in the UK, with local currency equivalents shown at checkout). Domain registration is an additional cost charged separately (from £6.99/year or local equivalent).
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- You may cancel at any time. Your site remains live until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
- If a payment fails, we will notify you and give you a grace period to update your payment method before your site is taken offline.
4. Domain names
- Domain names registered through SiteFino are registered in your name via our domain registrar partner.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
- You own your domain name. If you cancel SiteFino, you can transfer it to another registrar.
- SiteFino is not responsible for domain availability or third-party registrar policies.
5. Your content
- You own all content you provide to SiteFino (business descriptions, logos, images, etc.).
- You grant SiteFino a licence to use your content to provide the service (building and hosting your website).
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights, breach privacy or publicity rights, or violate applicable law.
- You must only publish businesses, products, services, offers, claims, and contact details that are lawful and accurate.
- AI-generated content produced by SiteFino becomes part of your website and is yours to keep, but you remain responsible for reviewing it before publishing.
- Stock images offered through SiteFino may be supplied by third-party providers including Unsplash and Pexels. Those images remain subject to the relevant provider licences, terms, attribution requirements, and content restrictions. You must not remove or obscure required photo credits or use stock images in a way that breaches those provider terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use SiteFino to create, edit, publish, host, or promote content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or prohibited by these terms. This includes content that is unlawful under applicable law, including the laws of England and Wales and relevant United States law connected to our operations and hosting, as well as stricter platform rules we apply to keep the service safe.
- Create websites for illegal businesses, illegal offers, or content that promotes or facilitates criminal activity.
- Promote child sexual exploitation or abuse, trafficking, unlawful sexual services, or exploitative adult content.
- Promote terrorism, violent extremism, racist organisations, white-supremacist or neo-Nazi ideology, or hateful or discriminatory campaigns targeting protected groups.
- Promote fraud, impersonation, phishing, fake investment schemes, fake reviews, counterfeit credentials, deceptive lead generation, or other scams.
- Promote unlawful drugs, unlawful weapons sales, trafficking, stolen goods, or other prohibited goods or services.
- Publish defamatory content, unlawful harassment, threats, doxxing, or privacy-invasive material.
- Infringe copyright, trade mark, database, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Attempt to access, interfere with, probe, or misuse SiteFino's systems, infrastructure, accounts, or security controls.
7. Cyber abuse and security-related content
You must not use SiteFino for websites that facilitate cyber abuse or unauthorised access. This includes offers, instructions, storefronts, or marketing pages for:
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, credential theft tools, exploit kits, phishing kits, malicious botnets, or DDoS-for-hire services.
- Hacking-for-hire, unauthorised access, stolen credentials, account takeovers, data theft, carding, or similar criminal services.
- Services designed to evade security controls or enable unlawful intrusion into systems, networks, devices, or accounts.
Legitimate defensive cybersecurity businesses are allowed where they are clearly lawful and professional, such as managed security services, incident response, awareness training, compliance work, bug-bounty coordination, or authorised penetration testing. Nothing in these terms permits conduct that would breach laws such as the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990 or U.S. computer crime laws including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
8. Compliance with law
You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, sanctions, and regulatory requirements that apply to your business, your content, your customers, and the jurisdictions in which you operate.
- This includes laws relating to fraud, consumer protection, child safety, terrorism, hate offences, harassment, privacy, intellectual property, drugs, weapons, trafficking, gambling, financial promotions, and online safety.
- Where relevant to our operations and hosting, this also includes UK and U.S. laws governing illegal online content, computer misuse, and cyber-enabled crime, including the UK Online Safety Act 2023, the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990, and U.S. computer crime laws including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
- You must not rely on SiteFino, its AI outputs, or any moderation decision as legal advice or as confirmation that your content is lawful.
9. Enforcement, moderation, and investigations
We may use automated systems and human review to enforce these terms. We may refuse to generate content, remove content, suspend publication, disable features, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these terms or the law have been breached.
- We may investigate suspected abuse, preserve logs and records, and cooperate with domain providers, hosting providers, payment processors, regulators, and law enforcement where appropriate.
- We may act without prior notice where we believe there is a risk of harm, fraud, security abuse, illegal content, or legal exposure.
- Repeated or serious violations may lead to immediate suspension or permanent removal from the service.
10. Availability and uptime
We aim to keep SiteFino and your website available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (e.g., third-party provider outages, force majeure events). We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.
11. Limitation of liability
SiteFino is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteFino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of business or revenue. Our total liability to you in any calendar month is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that month.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of SiteFino after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
